Mohamed was a colleague of mine for over a year at Storage Asset Management. Throughout that time him and I worked together on a series of Revenue Management projects aimed at adding new avenues to bring in revenue for the company. The first of the two projects changed the method of pricing for the company's managed storage units, while the second sought to add interactive maps to the customer interface in the renting process. We were initially brought on to implement the company's new Value Pricing project which brought forth a new way to price units. We were asked to manage this project between the two of us from the day we started at the company. Collaborating with Mohamed made this process significantly easier. He is a great communicator and that contributed to the efficiency in which we were able to learn the inner workings of the company and the task of completing this project in a few months. These skills also continued into the other project that we worked on, which dealt with the creation of interactive maps for customers and internal operations. Mohamed's flexibility shined through on this project, as he was able to pivot to a different task and continue to collaborate with me and make both of our jobs easier and more efficient. He also developed an Excel tracker for this project, similar to the one we had for our first one. Continuing on about Excel, Mohamed's prowess allowed me to gain a substantial amount of knowledge in that area. I took an Excel certification course while working with Mohamed and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of tasks I already knew how to do because of him. His proficiency in this area also made both of the projects we worked on together much easier, as we often used it throughout our time at the company. To summarize, I am very grateful to have had Mohamed as a colleague and coworker. I have gained an exceptional amount of knowledge from him over the time I spent at Storage Asset Management with him, and would be happy to work with him again in the future. Wherever he lands next will get someone who is a great communicator, and a solution-oriented person that is very pleasant to work with.

For close to one year, Mohamed worked on a strategic project at SAM for our Revenue Management Team. He demonstrated proficiency in interdepartmental communication, Excel, third-party software, and meeting deadlines. Mohamed was a valuable member of SAM during this initiative. Mohamed quickly adapted to new software and used it effectively, enabling the team to utilize advanced tools to improve project outcomes. His proactive approach in identifying potential issues and devising solutions helped prevent escalation and contributed to the project's completion. Additionally, Mohamed's collaboration fostered teamwork among colleagues. His clear and consistent communication ensured alignment with the project's goals and objectives, maintaining a smooth workflow and a positive work environment. In summary, Mohamed's contributions to SAM were significant, and his efforts have helped set a standard for future projects.
